Are there any prerequisites for accessing the Second or Third Level of Freediving knowledge topics?
Instructor Answer
Access is completely free for all topics at all levels of knowledge. We recommend that our members complete the theory of every level of knowledge in freediving before proceeding to the next level, in order to better understand and assimilate the knowledge offered. However, the choice of topic and level is free, without prerequisites.
