Freediver Course
AI Narration
The Freediver level is the basic training in all aspects of freediving, for a person to learn to freedive, as an amateur, up to 10 meters depth.
For practical reasons, but also due to an old tradition, diving training levels, have been described based on the depth, to which they prepare you to be able to dive and certify that, up to that point, you have the necessary knowledge and skills to organize dives.
The purpose of the Freediver level, of this very important package of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the water, is to enable a person, as a freediver, to organize his freedives, correctly and safely, in the open sea.
Ten meters deep is simply a limit where a person will learn to be able to dive, comfortably, with good technique and with a good apnea duration, so that he can remain at least for a short time at that depth.
The performance that the graduate Freediver will achieve in the pool is at least 1,5 minutes in static apnea and 25 meters in dynamic apnea.

Advanced Freediver
AI Narration
The second level or Advanced Freediver trains the freediver in deep freediving reaching 20 meters in depth.
It is a full educational program that aims to develop a trained freediver, who can already dive to 10-14 meters, in the knowledge and skills needed for deep freediving, up to 20 meters deep.
The knowledge development at the Advanced Freediver Level covers the entire spectrum of knowledge in technique, physiology, equipment, etc. at the level of deep freediving, with a much more advanced and analytical knowledge, compared to the first level.
The goal of the Advanced Freediver training is to help the diver to develop his skills and to be able to dive comfortably and safely to depths reaching 20 meters. So, this level is considered as the first deep freediver training level.
The performance that the graduate Advanced Freediver will achieve in the pool will be at least 2.5 minutes in static apnea and 50 meters in dynamic apnea.

The 3rd level or Master Freediver level, is the highest level of training, in all aspects of deep freediving, and it is designed to develop a freediver's skills from 20 to 30 meters deep.
The purpose of this very advanced level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the water, is to develop a freediver able to organize deep dives in the open sea to a depth of 30 meters, with a mastery in his performance and to organize his dives with safety.
The performance that the graduate diver will achieve in the pool will be at least 3,5 minutes in static apnea and 70 meters in dynamic apnea.
The third level is the highest level of development for the amateur freediver, in almost all training organizations. After this course there is the instructor level or someone can follow special training programs as an athlete with a coach, for greater competitive performance in freediving.

Freediving Special Subjects
AI Narration
Special subjects are freediving theory chapters or skills development common for all 3 levels of training or common knowledge for deep freediving (Advanced and Master Freediver Levels).
They are very important topics that usually cover every level of freediving training and therefore they deserve a special place in our digital video training library!
