How were the videos on the platform created and where does the theoretical and practical knowledge they offer come from?
Each video on the educational platform has been created by combining many selected real videos (not from AI), from the real training of 2,000 certified freediver graduates of all levels (PADI Basic Freediver, Freediver, Advanced Freediver, Master Freediver and Instructor Freediver) from the 25-year training archive of Yannis Detorakis.
These are combined videos from the duration of real freediver training in real conditions at sea.
The knowledge on which they are based is the required theory of the various levels of freediving training as well as the analysis of this theory in Yannis Detorakis’ books on freediving training.
